Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is hiring for a Server Assistant / Server. This frontline role supports the dining room, expo line, and bar, serving as a primary food runner and keeping tables clean and reset.

There is opportunity to move into a Bartender role with increased responsibility and pay. Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails, work on a fast-paced floor, and enjoy benefits like medical/dental/vision insurance, EAP, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to detect safety issues and follow guidelines.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Safe handling of kitchen equipment and serving ware.

Responsibilities

• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through peer-led training.
• Be present on the floor, assisting with side work and service flow.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist bartenders with service to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food to guests and explain each dish.
• Receive and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
