Job summary

Hai Hospitality Group is hiring for a Server Assistant / Server position in Addison, TX. You will help maintain top service by supporting the dining room, expo line, and bar, acting as a primary food runner, and assisting with table resets.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Lift and carry trays, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Tolerate varying temperatures and maintain a neat, hygienic workspace.

Responsibilities

• Learn menu items, specials, and beverages.
• Assist with food running and table resets, supporting servers and bartenders.
• Deliver food to guests and explain dishes to enhance the dining experience.
• Assist with curbside orders and on-floor service to maintain high guest satisfaction.
