Hai Hospitality and LORO, Asian Smokehouse + Bar, is accepting applications for Server Assistant / Server. The position supports front-of-house operations, assists with service, bussing, and resetting tables, with potential to advance to Bartender.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn beer, wine, and cocktails through training.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and cocktails through peer-led beverage training.
• Be present and active on the floor, assisting with running side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, stock supplies.
• Assist Bartenders with all aspects of service to enhance the guest experience.
• Deliver food to our guests and explain each dish.
• Receive, organize, and deliver curbside orders to guests waiting outside.
