Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in Napa is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support the service team and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will assist with table setup, beverage delivery, and guest comfort while maintaining cleanliness and high service standards.

The starting pay is $17.40 per hour. You will need a Current Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Training within 30 days of hire, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler's Card required (within 30 days of hire)
• RBS - Alcohol Training Certification required (within 30 days of hire)
• Prior experience as a Back Server preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
• Ability to communicate in English

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware and removing used items to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.
• Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols
