Job summary

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection in California is seeking a Server Assistant to join our hospitality team. You will support the service staff, help set up and clear tables, deliver beverages, and ensure every guest experience feels seamless and memorable.

Starting pay is $17.40 per hour with weekend/holiday shifts. A valid Food Handler Card and RBS Alcohol Training are required within 30 days, plus English communication and prior back-server experience.

Qualifications

• Food handler certification is required.
• RBS Alcohol Training certification within 30 days of hire.
• Back server experience is preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• English communication is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and clearing tables with utensils, plates and glassware to maintain a clean dining area.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages and refilling drinks to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Answer guest questions, accommodate requests and ensure guest comfort throughout service.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient service and communicate guest requests or feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and follow food safety protocols.
