Job summary

Conrad Nashville is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Food Server and create a standout dining experience for guests. You will greet guests, reset tables, assist in pre-bussing, and help carry trays while maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the scenes.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in hospitality, reading and speaking fluent English, and a team-first attitude. Reliable attendance and a ServSafe and TABC license are preferred. Join a world-class Hilton brand in Nashville.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Set and reset tables before, during and after service.
• Stack and stock side stations with dry goods, china, and silverware.
• Pre-bus and bus tables during service; assist servers as needed.
• Assist Food Servers with carrying food trays and serving guests.
• Maintain general cleanliness inside stations during service.
• Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets as necessary.
• Work as a team to assist guest needs and inquiries.
• Communicate with management, chefs and staff to address guest needs.
• Ensure table side service and quality presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency.
