Conrad Nashville is seeking an In Room Dining Server to create a superior dining experience for guests. You will interact with guests, take orders for food and beverages, including alcohol, and ensure timely, accurate service.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them through their experience, maintaining clean, well-stocked tables, and handling payments. Strong English communication and a calm, professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hotel, restaurant, or catering at similar caliber.
• Experience in fast paced, high volume atmosphere.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Knowledge of company and department rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and seat them.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.
• Deliver food and beverages, including alcoholic options.
• Maintain table cleanliness and stock in assigned sections.
• Process itemized bills and secure payments efficiently.
• Provide knowledge of menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Work as a team to meet guests’ needs and inquiries.
• Resolve guest issues promptly with professionalism.
• Adhere to Conrad Nashville core values and standards.
