HM Alpha Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Server Assistant at Grand Hyatt Nashville. This role supports the restaurant team by preparing dining areas, replenishing buffets, delivering orders, and greeting guests. You’ll work part-time in a fast-paced hospitality environment, upholding high service standards and health guidelines.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility, with high school diploma preferred. Training provided on the job.

Qualificações

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience in bussing, food running, or guest services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and assist guests as needed.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with reservations and waitlists, and provide host support as required.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
• Keep service areas—including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations—organized and clean.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
