Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company (HE&R) is seeking a Full-Time team member for Hershey Lodge. You will assist servers, learn espresso machine operations, and craft cocktails and mocktails while keeping dining areas stocked and guest-focused.

Annual compensation includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401K, paid time off, and other benefits starting soon after employment. This is a union role with shifts starting early morning.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assisting servers
• Learning and executing espresso machine operations and crafting cocktails and mocktails
• Restocking dining and service areas
• Clearing and resetting tables
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning sheets
• Pouring coffee and water and maintaining condiments at guest tables
• Forwarding guest concerns to staff or supervisor
• Accomplishing other duties as assigned.
