Hershey Lodge in Hershey, PA, is hiring a Full-Time Team Member to support servers, operate the espresso station, and craft cocktails and mocktails. The role offers union-friendly schedules and access to resort perks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Effective communication with coworkers and guests
• Present a clean and professional image
• Bartending and/or barista experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with service duties
• Learn and operate espresso machine and craft drinks
• Restock dining and service areas
• Clear and reset tables
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets
• Brew coffee and ensure condiments are stocked
• Report guest concerns to the appropriate staff
• Accomplish other duties as assigned
