Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking a full-time Team Member to join our award-winning resort family. You’ll assist servers, restock dining areas, clear tables, pour coffee, and help maintain a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Bartending or barista experience is a plus, and the schedule typically includes early shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication with guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers (essential).
• Learn and operate espresso machine and craft cocktails/mocks.
• Restock dining and service areas (essential).
• Clear and reset tables (essential).
• Complete daily/weekly cleaning sheets (essential).
• Pour coffee and water; ensure condiments are stocked.
