Job summary

Hershey Lodge, part of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, is seeking a Full-Time Team Member to join our hospitality team in Hershey, PA. The role includes assisting servers, restocking dining areas, clearing tables, and operating the espresso station to craft drinks and cocktails.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and guests.
• Present a clean and professional image.
• Bartending and/or barista experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting servers*.
• Learning and executing all operations of the espresso machine and crafting Stacks specific cocktails and mocktails.
• Restocking all dining and service areas*.
• Clearing and resetting tables*.
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning sheets*.
• Pouring coffee and water; ensuring condiments are stocked for guests.
