Job summary

The One Group in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Server Assistant to support our server team and ensure high-energy, high-volume service. You will help keep tables set, stocked, and running smoothly while anticipating guest needs.

Previous experience in similar roles is helpful, but not required. This tipped position requires stamina, reliability, and a positive team attitude to deliver exceptional guest experiences nightly.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced dining environments preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
• Deliver water, bread service, and condiments to guests as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive hospitality.
• Maintain a clean dining area, including stations and floors.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before seating.
• Assist with food running when necessary and ensure proper presentation.
• Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and runners to maintain smooth service.
• Follow health and sanitation protocols and safety standards.
• Support guest experience by remaining professional and attentive.
• Execute tasks assigned by FOH Leadership with enthusiasm.
