Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a part-time Server Assistant for our Chandelier Bar team. The role involves assisting servers with food service, set-up, and clearing of items, while attentively addressing guest needs throughout service.

The successful candidate will support smooth operations in a luxury setting, ensuring polished service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment at riverfront downtown New Orleans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience.
• General knowledge of food and drink menu.
• RSV permit and ServSafe certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Complete the breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Chandelier Bar team as a Server Assistant. This role assists servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service, as well as attends to guest needs and requests.

What You Will Do
