Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans is hiring a Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will create exceptional in-room dining experiences by delivering personalized service and anticipating guest needs.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, maintaining room service areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates should have 1–2 years in Food & Beverage, MICROS knowledge, and hold TIPS/ServSafe certifications with US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States.
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders with personalized service and attention to detail.
• Process guest checks accurately and maintain room service areas with cleanliness and efficiency.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel andPrivate ResidencesNew Orleans is seeking a Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. As a Room Service Server, you will create exceptional in-room dining experiences by delivering personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every meal is served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences by accurately preparing and delivering orders, presenting menu items with enthusiasm and product knowledge, and ensuring timely service that maintains the highest food quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and concerns, maintain and reset room service areas, coordinate tray removal, and accurately process guest checks while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TIPS andServSafecertificationsrequired
• Work authorizationin the United States

What To Expect

• Fast-paced environment with continuous standing and moving between guest floors and back of house areas.
• Collaboration with departments to provide amenities and special occasion items to provide a memorable guest experience.
• Flexible work schedule with shifts that are 10 p.m.- 6:30 a.m. Shifts will include weekends and holidays.
