Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team and uphold the brand’s exceptional cleanliness and comfort standards. You will guide staff, monitor rooms and public areas, and ensure smooth cooperation with other hotel departments.

The role requires 2–4 years in a housekeeping leadership role, strong communication, and experience with HotSOS, Opera, BirchStreet, and MS Office. A flexible, guest-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Housekeeping department head positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience operating housekeeping software (HotSOS, Opera, BirchStreet) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the Housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspect rooms/public areas, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a flawless guest experience.
• Ensure brand standards are met and manage inventory, maintenance requests, and room readiness.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our team as our Assistant Housekeeping Manager. In this role, you will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently reflect the highest standards of Four Seasons.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the Housekeeping team fostering high performance through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and corrective action when necessary.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations by assigning and monitoring workloads, inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met, coordinating maintenance requests, managing floor inventory and supplies, and releasing completed guest rooms for occupancy.
• Work closely with hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest experience that consistently exceeds Four Seasons standards and expectations.

What You Bring

• Two to four years of previous experience in Housekeeping department head positions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate computer equipment and computer systems including HotSOS, Opera, BirchStreet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Bilingual skill preferred
• Experience in Laundry preferred

• Work a flexible work schedule that includes mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Extended shifts may also be needed.
• Conduct Pre-Arrival inspections of VIP rooms.
