Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will create exceptional in-room dining experiences by delivering personalized service and ensuring every meal is served with care.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage a plus.
• Two years' experience in Food & Beverage preferred.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Room Service Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. As a Room Service Server, you will create exceptional in-room dining experiences by delivering personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every meal is served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining experiences by accurately preparing and delivering orders, presenting menu items with enthusiasm and product knowledge, and ensuring timely service that maintains the highest food quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and concerns, maintain and reset room service areas, coordinate tray removal, and accurately process guest checks while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

What You Bring:

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• One to two years' experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

What To Expect:

• Fast-paced environment with continuous standing and moving between guest floors and back of house areas.
• Collaboration with departments to provide amenities and special occasion items to provide a memorable guest experience.
• Flexible work schedule with shifts that are 6 a.m.- 10 p.m. Shifts will include weekends and holidays.
