Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Food and Beverage Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead and inspire a high‑performing team in sales, service excellence, quality, and sanitation standards.

You will coach staff, ensure guest experiences meet our luxury standards, and collaborate across departments in a fast‑paced, guest‑oriented environment. We offer rich benefits and career growth opportunities in a revered luxury brand.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years' experience in Bar/Food & Beverage Management preferred.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience in luxury bars/restaurants preferred.
• Strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor required.
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required.
• Work authorization in the United States required.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Food and Beverage Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our incredible and growing team! In this role, you will lead and inspire your team to achieve company objectives in sales, service excellence, quality, facility presentation, and sanitation standards through effective training, performance coaching, and the creation of an engaging and productive workplace culture.

What You\'ll Do

• You will lead and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and mentorship, fostering a positive, productive, and engaged workplace culture.
• You will drive achievement of company objectives in sales, customer service, and quality by promoting accountability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences.
• You will ensure the highest standards of facility appearance, sanitation, and cleanliness, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and brand-compliant environment for guests and team members alike.

What You Bring

• 3 to 4 years\' experience working in Bar/Food & Beverage Management preferred
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working in luxury bars/restaurants preferred
• Strong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor required
• TIPS and ServSafe certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States required

What To Expect

• A dynamic, fast-paced environment that requires constant collaboration with teams and engagement with guests.
• A flexible work schedule that requires mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Extended shifts may be needed.
• Use of Microsoft Suite, Micros, Open Table, etc. during shifts.
