Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a part-time Server Assistant to join our Chandelier Bar team. You will support servers with food service, setting up and clearing tableware, and attending to guest needs with professional hospitality.

Knowledge of MICROS and prior F&B experience are preferred. RSV permit and ServSafe certs are required, and US work authorization is mandatory. This role offers evenings, weekends, and holidays with a focus on guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality service and guest interaction.
• Knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings is preferred.
• ServSafe certification and RSV permit are required or preferred.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with food service, setup and clearing of china, glass, and silver.
• Greet guests professionally and anticipate guest needs.
• Prepare condiments and garnishes as required.
• Transport food to tables safely and retrieve used items.
• Assist with table breakdown, cleaning and setup of service areas.

About the Role:

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our dynamic Chandelier Bar team as a Server Assistant. This role assists servers with the serving of food, set‑up and clearing of china, glass, and silver from service, as well as attends to guest needs and requests.

What you will do:

• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
• Greet guests in a professional manner, serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents, and anticipate and service the guest’s needs before requests are necessary.
• Prepare condiment and garnish items.
• Assist with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
• Complete the breakdown, clean and set‑up of tables, buffets, and food stations.

What you bring:

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• General knowledge of food and drink menu
• RSV permit andServSafecertificationsrequired
• Work authorizationin the United States
