Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire the Housekeeping team, delivering exceptional cleanliness and guest comfort in all rooms and public areas.

You will oversee workloads, monitor standards, coordinate with departments, and ensure flawless service experiences for guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of experience in Housekeeping department head positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office.
• English reading, writing and speaking proficiency.
• Bilingual ability preferred.
• Laundry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the Housekeeping team to foster high performance.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and inspect rooms to ensure brand standards.

About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking candidates to join our team as our Assistant Housekeeping Manager. In this role, you will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and comfort, ensuring guest rooms and public areas consistently reflect the highest standards of Four Seasons.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the Housekeeping team fostering high performance through ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and corrective action when necessary.
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations by assigning and monitoring workloads, inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure brand standards are met, coordinating maintenance requests, managing floor inventory and supplies, and releasing completed guest rooms for occupancy.
• Work closely with hotel departments to ensure a flawless guest experience that consistently exceeds Four Seasons standards and expectations.

What You Bring:

• Two to four years of previous experience in Housekeeping department head positions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate computer equipment and computer systemsincluding HotSOS, Opera, BirchStreet, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
• Bilingual skill preferred
• Experience in Laundry preferred

What To Expect:

• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where collaboration with team members and cross-functional departments is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Work a flexible work schedule that includes mornings, days, nights, weekends and holidays. Extended shifts may also be needed.
• Conduct Pre-Arrival inspections of VIP rooms.
