Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring for a Server Assistant at Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. The role supports the service team, maintains dining room cleanliness, sets and resets tables, and helps ensure guest satisfaction. Dellshire will open in Spring 2026 and offers a people-first environment within a unique themed resort.

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of food and beverages to guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and respond to guest requests
• Support servers in maintaining section readiness and guest satisfaction
• Stock service stations with necessary supplies
• Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager
