Job summary

Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, invites applications for a Bartender position at our off-site venue. You will prepare beverages, deliver exceptional guest service, and uphold safety and quality standards in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine and beer.
• Strong guest service and multitasking skills.
• Food Safety and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certifications required within 30 days.
• Bartender license for Baraboo area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
• Provide attentive, engaging service to bar guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
• Monitor and restock inventory, glassware, and supplies.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with alcohol-service laws.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions.
• Assist with bar setup, breakdown, and side work.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.

What You’ll Do
