Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Bartender for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. You will craft beverages and deliver engaging service in a lively lobby bar environment, creating memorable guest moments.

Ideal candidates have prior bartending experience in hotels or upscale bars, strong cocktail knowledge, and a guest-focused approach. RBSS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) is required. Competitive pay and great benefits await.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and service standards.
• Provide engaging, attentive, and personalized service to bar guests and lobby patrons.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; provide recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar, glassware, and service areas.
• Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with bar setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure seamless service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including card handling and inventory counts.
• Always uphold Dellshire Resort service standards and brand culture.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

What are we looking for? Who You Are

• Previous bartending experience required, hotel or upscale bar experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage presentation.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service per state law.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification (or ability to obtain) within 30 days of employment.
• Strong guest engagement, sales, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment.
