Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Server for Dellshire Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Join a pre‑opening team delivering full‑service dining in a resort setting, with a focus on guest satisfaction, knowledge of menus, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high‑volume environment.
• Strong communication, sales, and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards preferred.
• Food Safety Certification and Wisconsin Alcohol Beverage Certification required within 30 days of starting and must be re‑certified as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service dining including greeting, order taking, food and beverage delivery, and check presentation.
• Demonstrate complete knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Accurately enter orders into POS system and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and anticipate needs throughout the dining experience.
• Maintain assigned section, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all alcohol service guidelines and verify identification as required.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and support staff to ensure service flow.
• Participating in side work, opening, and closing duties.
• Uphold company service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
