Job summary

Motek, a Mediterranean concept restaurant and part of Happy Corner Hospitality, is seeking a Server Assistant in the Town of Florida, NY area.

You will help run food from expo to tables, keep the restaurant clean, restock stations, and support the service team while following health and safety guidelines. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a fast-paced restaurant (minimum 1 year in a busser role).
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a busy dining room.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and personal hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As a Server Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of delivering an outstanding dining experience. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and organized, restock service stations, assist with food and drink running, and support the service team in providing attentive, seamless service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with running food from expo station to the appropriate tables.
• Ensure tables and restaurant is clean at all times.
• Restocking service station with napkins, plates, silverware, cleaning supplies, etc as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.
