Motek Florida in Miami seeks an experienced server to join our Mediterranean concept restaurant. You will greet guests, introduce the concept, take orders and provide confident recommendations to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include delivering food promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff. Must have at least 2 years of server experience, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and Toast POS familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a server role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Toast POS system experience preferred.
• Basic liquor/wine knowledge.

• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-volume dining environment.

Position Overview:

As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an amazing dining experience. From introducing our concept to new guests to taking their order and giving recommendations when needed, your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver outstanding dining experiences and keep guests coming back for more.
