Sesame Bakery by Motek, part of the Happy Corner Hospitality collective, is a Mediterranean concept bakery focused on delivering exceptional service and fresh baked goods. We are seeking a Server Assistant to keep the dining area organized and support the service team in providing attentive guest experiences.

You will assist with running food, maintain clean stations, and help ensure a positive, efficient environment for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Minimum 1 year as server assistant, busser or food runner.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Assist with running food from expo station to the appropriate tables.
• Ensure tables and restaurant are clean at all times.
• Restock service stations with napkins, plates, silverware and supplies.

Position Overview:

As a Server Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of delivering an outstanding dining experience. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and organized, restock service stations, assist with food and drink running, and support the service team in providing attentive, seamless service to our guests.

Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

• Assist with running food from expo station to the appropriate tables.
• Ensure tables and restaurant is clean at all times.
• Restocking service station with napkins, plates, silverware, cleaning supplies, etc. as needed.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating effectively and supporting team members.

Requirements
