Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently seeking a Server Assistant for Quattro Restaurant. You will support the service team, clear and reset tables, and ensure a polished guest dining experience in line with Four Seasons standards.

Ideal candidates have basic food knowledge, strong presentation, and reliable English communication. Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings is required; work authorization in the United States is also necessary.

Qualifications

• This position requires general food knowledge and the ability to present oneself professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for guest interactions.
• Candidate must be flexible with weekday, weekend, holiday and evening shifts.
• Reading, writing and spoken English proficiency are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the server by clearing and resetting tables according to restaurant standards.
• Contribute to an enjoyable, expertly served dining experience aligned with Four Seasons standards.
• Perform side work such as polishing utensils, refilling condiments, and crumbing tables as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Service team.

The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is currently looking for a Server Assistant at Quattro Restaurant.

Essential function of the job:

• Assists the server in clearing and resetting the tables according to the restaurant standards

• Assists the server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness

• Performs side work such as polishing silverware, refilling the condiment containers and crumbing the tables as needed

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• This position requires an applicant with general food knowledge.

• Candidates must have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills

• Must be flexible with schedule - Able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and evenings

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language

• Ability to carry and balance a tray

• Must provide work authorization document - proof of eligibility to work in the United States of America
