The Server Assistant at Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale supports restaurant service by delivering food, clearing tables, and assisting wait staff in a luxury hotel environment. You will work a full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; must have US work authorization; Four Seasons offers competitive salary, benefits, and staff meals.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of food service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other departments and communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and guests.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet manner.
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
• Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages.
• Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas.

About The Role

The Server Assistant services restaurant areas by promptly delivering food items, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting wait staff.

What You Will Do
