The Princeton Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Server for a full-time position. You will greet residents, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and assist with meal service while maintaining a cheerful attitude and strong resident relations.

Expect standing and moving throughout shifts with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation ranges from $15 to $21.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth offered by the facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English proficiency at an 8th grade level with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Active role requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling and stooping all day.
• Ability to frequently lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Residents and make them feel welcome; be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster connections.
• Prepare tables for service, salads for meals, and organize silverware to support smooth service.
• Buss tables and keep the community tidy to uphold a welcoming environment.
• Communicate with Supervisors and Wellness when dietary changes or resident absences are observed.

Shift Schedule—

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

7:00am to 3:00pm

• Be an "Appetite Anthropologist": Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
