Job summary

Arrow Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Server to join our team. This full-time role involves greeting residents, assisting in meal service, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. The position requires physical stamina for standing and lifting up to 50 pounds, and a clear background check.

Shifts run Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with a pay range of $15–$21.50 per hour. We offer benefits and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English literacy at or above 8th grade level.
• Positive energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

7:00am to 3:00pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
