The Princeton Senior Living in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Weekend Warrior Server to join our dining team. This full-time role offers weekend shifts, a pay range of $15-$21.50 per hour, and a chance to create a warm, home-like dining experience for residents.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, coordinating service, and assisting with meal prep and table upkeep. The role emphasizes resident comfort and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• English proficiency at a minimum 8th grade level with Residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after falls.
• Criminal background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and make them feel welcome in the dining room.
• Be present in the dining room, mingle, entertain, and foster resident connections.
• Prep tables, salads, and silverware to support service.
• Buss tables and sweep floors to maintain a clean community.
• Communicate with supervisors and Wellness when dietary changes are observed.

Position— Weekend Warrior Server

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Lee's Summit, MO

Server pay range: $15 - $21.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

11:30am to 7:30pm

• To be a Titan of Tidiness: Bussing tables, sweeping floors – we know it’s not glamorous, but this important role plays a crucial part in making the community something we can be proud of.
• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
