Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Able to assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including post-fall assistance
• Must be criminally cleared

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and ensure they feel welcome in the dining area
• Assist with meal service preparation and setup
• Bus tables, clear dishes, and maintain a tidy dining environment
• Communicate with supervisors about residents’ dietary needs and changes in appetite

Server pay range: $15 - $21.50 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Monday and Sunday

4:00pm to 7:30pm

• Be an “Appetite Anthropologist:” Communicate with supervisors and Wellness

when poor dietary habits or unusual changes in appetite are observed, as well as when residents are absent from meals.

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency with our Residents!
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude who will LOVE our Residents!
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
