Job summary

Arapahoe Basin, a high-elevation ski area near Denver, is hiring servers for the 6th Alley Bar & Grill. Join a lively mountain team delivering food, drinks, and après-ski vibes to guests with energy and professionalism. Weekend and holiday shifts are common, and housing is not provided.

You will take orders, serve guests, upsell specials, and coordinate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Maintain a clean station, assist with events, and uphold safety.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience (6+ months preferred).
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Team-first attitude and love for mountain culture.
• Own non-slip footwear required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and confidence, creating a memorable dining experience.
• Take food and drink orders, serve with efficiency and enthusiasm, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities.
