Arapahoe Basin is seeking an Assistant Manager for Black Mountain Lodge in Dillon, CO. You will lead daily front-of-house operations, supervise about 15 staff, and support the BML Manager with service quality and training.

This role requires at least 2 years of management, cash handling, and FOH experience, plus the ability to work weekends and holidays. Housing may be available, and a background check is required.

  • Hold staff accountable for operational standards, including attendance, grooming, task list, and overall service level.
  • Execute special events at Black Mountain Lodge as needed.
  • Interact positively with all customers to ensure they are receiving the best product and overall experience.
  • Oversee daily tasks in a high-volume F&B environment to ensure standards of service and cleanliness are met.

As the Assistant Manager of BML, you will lead by example while overseeing the day-to-day operations of this F&B outlet and assisting BML Manager with anything pertaining to the front of house operations. This can include training, scheduling, and coaching employees, as well as dealing with employee or guest issues.**Housing may be available. This position has an estimated start date on October 29, 2026.****WAGE:**The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Arapahoe Basin’s hourly pay range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of production, and responsibilities. The range listed is just one component of Arapahoe Basin’s total compensation package for employees.
