Job summary

Arapahoe Basin is seeking a Retail Sales Agent in Dillon, CO to assist guests with purchases, manage POS transactions, and restock merchandise. You will engage customers, process sales, and help maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role requires weekend/holiday availability, basic math, and strong communication skills; prior retail experience is preferred. This position does not include housing benefits and offers hourly pay with performance-based rewards.

Retail Sales Agents strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests while providing knowledge of our products to make suggestions and ultimately sell the product that best fits guests needs. Other duties of this role include checking in new inventory, restocking inventory, and operating a POS register system while handling cash. All retail agents receive 40% Off in the retail store and perks for certain sales contests. **\\*\\*This position does NOT come with employee housing.\\*\\*****WAGE:**The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high ends of Arapahoe Basin’s hourly pay range for this position.
