Job summary

MFI Operations LLC is seeking a Server to craft exceptional dining experiences, taking orders, delivering meals, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will relate with guests, upsell menu items, and handle POS transactions while upholding high standards of service.

Qualified candidates have at least one year in foodservice, knowledge of food and wine, and the ability to obtain required local certifications. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of food and wine; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol; ability to obtain state certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders and deliver items, ensuring an efficient dining experience.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals.
  • Follow Auberge Resorts Collection standards and upsell menu items.
  • Input orders into POS and handle billing accurately and quickly.
  • Operate, maintain and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
  • Keep the restaurant clean, organized and compliant with safe food handling procedures.

Server

Embark on a rewarding journey with our team as a Server, where your role is pivotal in crafting extraordinary dining experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the guest dining experience by taking orders, anticipating needs, and delivering all items efficiently.
  • Relate with guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and meals, maintaining a consistently heartfelt and high‑quality service.
  • Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and make thoughtful suggestions for upselling unique menu items.
  • Accurately and quickly take and place orders, input them into the POS system, and handle billing.
  • Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
  • Ensure the restaurant/outlets are tidy, organized, and follow safe food handling procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of food and wine. Experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
  • Must be of minimum age to serve alcohol.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast‑paced team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
