Job summary

SGA Talent in Hyde Park, NY is expanding its hospitality team across Upstate venues. We are seeking Servers for multiple shifts, including daily and weekend events, in upscale, fine dining settings.

Join a dynamic team delivering exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail, professional demeanor, and teamwork. Prior dining or catering experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required; training in food safety and responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Requirements & Skills:

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure guests feel valued and attended to with care.
• Meticulous Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of service exceeds expectations.
• Flexible Availability: Events can be daytime, evenings, weekends, and other times for special events as needed.

Education & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in hospitality or culinary arts are a plus.
• Completion of a food safety or hospitality training program to ensure compliance with industry standards - a plus.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service to demonstrate a commitment to safe and responsible serving practices - a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting and carrying of trays, dishes, and other serving items.
• Proficiency in walking, bending, and reaching to serve guests and maintain table settings.
