Job summary

KUZA Scottsdale is seeking a Bussers to support a fast-paced dining room, ensuring tables are cleared, reset, stocked, and ready for service at all times.

You will work closely with servers, food runners, bartenders, and management to deliver an elevated guest experience in a Japanese-American restaurant.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and maintain a professional appearance with flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay: $12.15/hour + tips.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to support the FOH team.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Arizona Food Handler Card required.

Responsibilities

• Clear, reset, and sanitize tables quickly and accurately.
• Maintain tableware, water service, and guest necessities throughout service.
• Assist servers and food runners with delivering food and beverages when needed.
• Support pre-bussing to maintain cleanliness and flow.
• Refill water, replace silverware, and anticipate guest needs.
