• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests quickly.
• Clear plates, refill drinks, and maintain a clean and organized table throughout the meal.
• Process guest payments accurately and return change or receipts as needed.
• Collaborate with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally, escalating to a manager when necessary.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Uphold restaurant or brand standards for service and presentation
