Job summary

Haywire in Plano, TX is seeking a skilled Bartender to craft unique cocktails and provide exceptional guest experiences. Expect to work in a fast-paced, high-end casual dining environment with a focus on whiskey, wine, and craft cocktails, pairing drinks with Chef-inspired meals.

Candidates should have at least two years of serving or bartending, English fluency, and the stamina to stand for long periods. Certification in Food Handling and TABC is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving/bartending experience.
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide bartending service in a high-end casual dining setting.
• Recommend wine, whiskey, and cocktails to guests and pair with meals.
• Maintain glassware, bar setup, and overall bar area cleanliness.
• Guide guests through the dining experience with southern hospitality.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum two (2) years serving/bartending experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
