Job summary

The Haywire and The Ranch brand is seeking a talented server to craft memorable Texas-sized dining experiences in a guest-focused environment. You will shine the silver, present wine selections, and ensure guests feel welcomed from start to finish.

We value English communication, two years of serving in fine dining, and the ability to handle long shifts with physical demand. E-Verify is part of our hiring process, and growth pathways exist into management.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years serving experience in high-end casual or fine dining.
• Knowledge of wine and whiskey is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create unique Texas-sized dining experiences for guests.
• Guide guests through menu and beverage pairings, including wine and cocktails.
• Provide warm, southern hospitality and attentive service.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification
