Job summary

Westmont Living, Inc. is hiring a SERVER to join the dining team at The Oaks at Paso Robles, a senior living community offering care and comfort to residents. The role emphasizes friendly, attentive service and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer service attitude, pass health screenings, and be prepared for a fast-paced environment where excellent etiquette and teamwork matter daily.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screen (Physical, TB, Drug test).
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines and serving etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in dining setting to Westmont Living residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area.
• Assist with meal service and clearing tables.

What we need from you:

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
• Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses, etc.)
• Adhere to all sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state and local regulations
