Job summary

The Oaks at Paso Robles is a dedicated senior living community seeking a committed Dishwasher to maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and support resident care. Your role includes washing, sanitizing, drying, and storing dishes and utensils, transporting items after meals, and ensuring safety and sanitation for all kitchen operations.

You will clear, wash, and restock dishes, pots and glassware, break down the kitchen for cleanup, and help uphold sanitary standards while complying with health

Qualifications

• Ensure cleanliness of major kitchen equipment and for washing, sanitizing, drying, and storing china, glass, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Transporting all dishes to the kitchen following meal preparation and mealtimes.
• Properly clearing, washing, sanitizing, and restocking all dishes, silverware, and glassware.
• Properly washing pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
• Returning dishes and utensils to appropriate storage areas.
• Breaking down kitchen for clean up.
• Ensure all sanitary and safety standards are met.
• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screens such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with clearing and restocking dishes during service.
• Support kitchen team with safe food handling and hygiene practices.
