Job summary

Westmont Living is seeking a compassionate SERVER to join our dining team at a Westmont Living community in Cypress. You will provide courteous dining service to residents in a homelike senior living environment, following serving etiquette and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community.
• Must pass health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test.
• Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques/etiquette (e.g., serving from the left, clearing used dishes between courses).
• Adhere to sanitary guidelines according to Company policies and state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining service to residents in a friendly, homelike setting.
• Follow serving etiquette and assist with meal service to residents.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in all dining areas.
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and resetting of dining rooms for service.

Schedule

Full time position, Sunday - Thursday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Part time position, 3:45 pm - 8:00 pm, 3-4 shifts

What we need from you:
