Job summary

Vail Resorts in California is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 across roles in F&B and guest services. Starting pay ranges from $16.90 to $18.45 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed at least $20 per hour including tips.

Roles include full-time and part-time shifts, housing available, and opportunities to enjoy world-class mountain experiences. Join the F&B team and help deliver memorable experiences to guests while working in a vibrant ski resort environment with training and career

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; we will teach you.
• Must communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs.

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is$16.90/hr - $18.45/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
