Job summary

Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, Washington, seeks seasonal front-of-house team members to deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for guests. You will learn all menu items, take orders, and provide friendly, high‑quality service in a fast-paced mountain setting.

We offer a starting wage of $17.13–$18.57 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed up to $20 per hour including tips. Winter seasonal 2026/2027, full-time and part-time hours available, housing may be provided.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all the necessary skills, no formal experience required.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (location dependent).

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs

The expected pay range is $17.13/hr - $18.57/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
