Job Specifications

• Starting wage: $12.14/hr – $16.04/hr
• If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hr, inclusive of tips
• Employment type: Winter seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift type: Full time and part time (hours available)
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Housing availability: Yes

Job Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the day and at the end of the workday
• Participate in ski/snowboard activity after work (optional, location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• No formal experience is necessary; we will teach you all the necessary skills to execute your job safely
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs
