Vail Resorts in New Hampshire is hiring for winter seasonal roles across Front of House and related positions. Starting wage is $20/hour, with opportunities for growth, tips in tipped roles, and a flexible mix of full-time and part-time shifts.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $20/hr

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour, inclusive of tips

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

A Restaurant Crew team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality which could include one of the following:

• Mountain Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
