Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge is hiring for winter seasonal positions for 2026/27, including cooks, drivers, instructors and more. You will join the F&B team, delivering an Experience of a Lifetime by serving guests with enthusiasm and teamwork.

Starting wage is $12.14/hr – $16.04/hr, with tipped positions guaranteed a minimum of $20/hr including tips. Seasonal employment, with housing available and both full-time and part-time hours. Applications rolling until December 15 or until filled.

Qualifications

• No formal experience is necessary; we will teach you all the necessary skills to execute your job safely
• Desire to learn and grow
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre‑shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point‑of‑sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout the day and at the end of the workday
• Participate in ski/snowboard activity after work (optional, location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned
